BL Physio has been looking after Carindale residents for over 18 years. In fact it is only a short 12 minute drive along Old Cleveland Rd to the practice door. Originally part of Belmont, Carindale became its own suburb in 1980 named after the housing estate developed there in the 1970’s. The suburb has gone from strength to strength and is most known for its massive Westfield Shopping Centre.
Carindale has bike tracks and open parklands at Minnippi and is home to Minnippi parkrun which attract hundreds of keen runners on a Saturday morning to test themselves over 5k. The suburb has a leafy, family feel and is a beautiful place to live.
The suburb also has a thriving sporting community with its own PCYC and is also home to the Carindale Cougars Junior AFL program. BL Physio has a long history with junior athletes in the area.
The practice focuses on easing your pain and believes in empowering all people with the skills to be able to help stay pain free long term. They do this by teaching you the ‘locks’ of muscles and most importantly showing you the ‘keys’ of how to help muscles and ease pain yourself.
